Terms
These terms describe the framework in which Valero receives a request. They are not a hire contract.
Request
Every hire begins with a request. Valero reviews the file, verifies identity and licence, validates the applicable insurance, then contracts offline.
Territory
Handovers and returns take place at the agency, 3 place Octogonale in Chessy, or at the agreed address.
Deposit
A security deposit is taken against a written scale, communicated before signature, and released under the agreed conditions.
Use
Use is that agreed in writing. A claim, a fine or a breach is handled by the concierge, who names the driver and follows the file.
